All homes sold on Vine Mews development in Warwick

A residential property firm has completed last orders at a new housing development in Warwick.

ehB Residential, which has offices in Leamington and Warwick, is set to hand over the keys to its final property which has been sold on the Vine Mews development in Vine Lane.

All seven town houses and one apartment have now been sold at the site – the former home of the Bunch of Grapes pub, which was demolished after it became a nuisance to local residents.

The two and three bedroom properties completed by Greywell Classic Homes inMarch 2013 are close to Warwick Hospital and the town centre and have proved a popular choice for both first time buyers and investors.

Edward Bromwich, managing director at ehB Residential, said: “The sale of the properties on the Vine Mews estate has been a great success. This is not only a testament to the quality of the build and the location, but also the fact the market is improving.

“We have received massive support from the local community throughout the build and a number of workers from Warwick Hospital have even bought properties at the site.

“We had healthy interest right from the off, highlighting the renewed strength of the housing sector in Warwick.”
