Delightful dedication in the heart of Southam
A grant from Southam Town Council enabled the town’s In Bloom committee to dedicate a new horse trough to the town at Market Hill on Monday.
Pauline Brailsford of the committee unveiled a plaque by the trough which reads: ‘For the enjoyment of the people of Southam and to mark the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II’.
