LOOKING BACK - March 5, 2020 edition

Looking for something sporty to bring you this week, I spotted these two Bilton Social football teams in our file.

They’re from different years, but unfortunately neither is dated. I’m guessing early to mid 1980s, but that’s only going by the style of shirts and anoraks!

The first team were: (back from left) Manager M Lee, M Hughes, K Bosworth, K Gray, G Satchwell, D Ingram, T Spence, N Pywell and M Daffey (Assistant Manager).

The Reserves team were: (back from left) Manager K Harrison, secretary M Walden, K Boulger, D Mistry, T Kennedy, S Sutcliffe, J Petrovic, D Harrison and M Brood (Assistant Manager).

(Front) J Hall, P Cousins, W French, S Glass, T Stansfield and J Lane.
