Record year for HR Dept advice line

THE HR Dept. in Kenilworth are celebrating a record number of new subscribers to their trusted Advice Line.

South Warwickshire’s branch of The HR Dept. opened seven years ago and provides HR support and advice to local businesses.

They offer advice on anything from recruitment and staff retention to redundancy, disciplinary procedures to maternity benefits and employment contracts and equal rights opportunities to interviewing tips and training.

Jacqui Murtough, business development officer, said: “Our new clients are from a variety of business sectors and we have been delighted to get to know them and provide the support they need.”
