Apex Recruitment wins agency of year award

TEAM (The Employment Agents Movement) is the largest network of independent recruiters in the UK. The awards recognise excellent business practice within the recruitment industry.

Each year the 262 members of TEAM cast their vote for the TEAM ‘Agency of the Year’. The award for 2013 was presented to Apex directors Richard Marchington and Neil Johnson.

Apex started life in the late 70s as a family owned and run business and is now a growing multi-million pound turnover business.

Richard Marchington, director of Apex Recruitment said: “2013 was a fantastic year for Apex. Since 2009 we have continually grown, our staff numbers have increased from seven to 20 employees and our turnover has increased from £1.4 million to £11.8million in 2013. 2014 is set to be an even bigger and more exciting year for Apex Recruitment, and winning ‘Team Agency of Year’ has been fantastic recognition of our expansion and ongoing growth campaign.”
