Review: Gruffalo passes the ultimate litmus test - the kids loved it!
The current production of The Gruffalo at Warwick Arts Centre not only does that, but it also kept the no-so-young entertained too.
The show was slick and well-balanced, with plenty of opportunities for the kids to join in and sing along.

Hide AdThe well-known storyline of a mouse’s journey through the deep, dark wood was told with plenty of humour and drama.
Like most three-year-olds, mine has the attention span of a goldfish so the fact that she was transfixed by the show is the highest praise I can bestow on the performance.
In fact the only time that she was unhappy was when it finished - ‘I need to see more, I want to go and see it again’ were her final words. That’s better than any praise I can heap on it.
