Classic crime drama at Kenilworth theatre
The suspense of an unsolved crime, the drama of accusations of terrible crimes and a possibly supernatural visitor will arrive at the Talisman Theatre in Kenilworth tonight (Monday) when J B Priestley’s An Inspector Calls takes the stage.
Everthing seems to be going well for the Birling family - until they receive a surprise visit from an Inspector Goole, who is investigating the suicide of a young girl.
Director of Productions Christine Carpenter, who has worked on the show with director Vicky Whitehill, said: “I hope audiences will enjoy an immensely entertaining play, with some expected - and many very unexpected - twists and turns that gave an authentic taste of its times.”
The play opens today (October 21) and runs until Saturday October 26 at 7.30pm each evening. To book tickets, call 856548.
