Leamington dance group needs more to join hands

Bruce, who sings and leads the sessions, said: “We have a small friendly group who dance to some amazing folk music from Greece, Macedonia, Israel, Bulgaria, France and beyond. But we could do with a few more to join us.

“Circle dancing can be both fun and lively as well as beautiful, slow and meditative - and always uplifting.

“The simple steps have been enjoyed by communities for thousands of years.”

The classes are held in the Salvation Army hall in Bath Street run from 1.30pm until 3pm and are not free. A full term costs £70.

But Bruce, who is also a community singing leader, has 13 years experience of faciliating similar groups.
