Jazz up your weekends at the Chapel in Stratford

SUNDAYS mean jazz at the Chapel, No 1 in Stratford and the venue has a packed programme for the new year and spring season.

Saxaphonist Jake Fryer kicks things off today (January 22) with his behop covers of Rodney Mendoza, Richard Sadler and Jon Sargant.

On February 5, the John Patrick Quintet will pay tribute to Horace Silver, with their solid and swinging beat combined with some imaginative solo work.

On February 19, the Chris Bowden Quartet will take the floor, while in March the venue will welcome the Quentin Collins/Brandon Allen Quartet, the Paul Sawtell Quintet and the Dominic Norcross Quartet.
