International sculptor forgoes urban galleries for grandeur

International sculptor exhibits in rural Midlands

As a taster of things to come, Brown, a Turner Prize-winner has completed a sculpture called Nazareth 2012, which is now on display in the Picture Room at Upton.

Rachel O’Connor-Boyd, collections manager, said: “We are delighted that Glenn has chosen Upton House for this wonderful exhibition. Glenn has told us that he is inspired by our art collection and really wants to show his work to those who are not specialists and collectors. We are sure the public will be fascinated by his extraordinary work, which has found worldwide acclaim.”
