The festival has an American theme for 2015, and features a varied line-up of music artists who reflect the influence American music has around the world.

Headline act The Zen Hussies are due to showcase an inimitable sound by delivering their unique blend of traditional jazz, blues, ska, rock n’ roll and swing music.

The music will be accompanied by craft stalls, high quality food and ale, as well as a series of musical workshops for children.

Tim Porter, one of the organisers and chairman of Shipston Proms Music Festival, said: ‘Even though I do say so myself this is one of the best line ups I’ve had for anything I’ve been involved with’.

The festival takes place on a site between Compton Wynyates and Epwell on Saturday, August 22, starting at 2pm.
