Warwick scouts must screen new yard
Warwick Sea Scouts’ planning application to build a boatyard on the site of their existing HQ in St Nicholas Park has been approved.
Cllr Linda Bromley (Ind, Warwick South) urged approval should be subject to a management plan to avoid parking congestion in Pickard Street and the screening of security fencing.
The scouts’ new HQ will be closer to the park’s leisure centre.
