Warwick Court House painting will be gift to mark building’s re-opening
The painting, commissioned by Cllr Grainger, was created by artist Kevin Parrish to celebrate the completion of the two-year renovation project for the court house and the town’s 1,100th year
The re-opening event will be an opportunity for everyone involved with the restoration project to view the Court House, the new Visitors Centre and Yeomanry Museum and for the Mayor the thank all those who contributed.

Hide AdTo raise funds for the Mayors 1100 charity fund a limited edition of 110 framed canvas prints - signed and numbered by the artist -are being produced at a reduced cost of £300; anyone interested in acquiring a print should contact the Mayors secretary on the [email protected] email.
Mr Parrish has created the Warwick Collection - a number of monochromatic paintings of landmarks around the town which can be viewed at the Mitchell Gallery in Church Street.
A family open day is taking place at the Court House in Jury Street on Saturday from 10am to 5pm.
There will be a court house renovation photo exhibition, a geology talk, a treasures exhibition drama, court house tales, morris dancing performances, heritage tours and refreshments including teas and cakes.
