Kineton High School pupils Ruari Allen, Barnes Battison, Thomas Gilks, Daniel Greasby and Inca Hide-Wright have been working on a project with Jack Robinson of Severn Trent through the Engineering Education Scheme, giving them the chance to achieve the Gold CREST Award.

The pupils are designing a piece of equipment that will allow them to measure sludge levels in a lake. The scheme encourages students to show industrial enterprise, creativity and innovation whilst gaining experience of problem-solving, team-working and project management.
