A speeding driver drove at 100mph near Kenilworth - completely unaware that a police car had been right behind for some time.
The motorist caught the police's attention by travelling over the speed limit in Kenilworth town centre yesterday (Sunday).

Hide AdThe officers in a marked police car followed the driver, who then hit 100mph when they reached the A46 - still completely unaware of the police officers behind them.
The driver was eventually stopped.
A police spokesperson said: "We followed a Vauxhall (in a marked police vehicle) through Kenilworth town centre where it was seen to travel at 40 mph in a 30 mph limit before travelling at 50 mph in the 40 mph limit.
"The driver secured a hat trick of offences by hitting a speed of 100 mph on the A46.
"The driver was blissfully unaware of the police vehicle behind and, quite clearly, the posted speed limits. The driver has been reported to court."
