Number of homes on the market doubles
The rise in enthusiasm to sell is duplicated at the estate agency’s Kenilworth and Earlsdon offices too, with Kenilworth seeing a 75 per cent rise in instructions and Earlsdon putting up to two new homes on the market every day throughout August.
The Leamington office also saw viewings increase by 55%, the number of people having their homes valued and adding their names to the mailing list rise by 38% and gross sales up by 14%.
In Kenilworth valuations were up by 40% and sales by 17%.

Hide AdKenilworth manager Julie Philpot said the reason for the flurry of recent activity could be the return to normality after a season of festivities.
“People seem to be getting back to normal now the jubilee and the Olympics have finished,” she said.
