Train conductor back at work after police caution for taking passenger's Kindle, London Midland confirms

A train conductor is back at work after admitting taking a Kindle device belonging to a passenger, London Midland has confirmed.

The London Midland employee was issued with the formal warning, which he accepted, in January.

It is understood that he picked up the device on a train and took it back to his home.
