"Refuge supports around 6,000 women and children on any given day, experiencing domestic and sexual violence, female genital mutilation, forced marriage, stalking, trafficking, prostitution and so-called ‘honour’ based violence.
"By kindly sponsoring us you are helping to save and change the lives of thousands of women and children escaping domestic violence."
People can just choose and pay for an activity that they would like to participate in and make a contribution to the Just Giving page stating the activity that they are paying for, i.e. '£10 for tennis tournament'.
