Shopmobility leaflet rates Leamington restaurants on disabled facilities

Shopmobility in Leamington has used the second anniversary celebration of its shop refurbishment to thank two students for creating a leaflet which rates cafes and restaurants in the town for their disability access.

At the end of last year Caitlin Ryburn and Nia Frenguelli, both of Kenilworth, visited 29 establishments and rated them for their accessibility and listed the facilities they had for those with disabilities.

Cllr Ann Morrison, chair of the trustees, said: “ Our members, and the public, have been delighted with this leaflet. It has been particularly beneficial to visitors to the town.

The leaflets are available at Shopmobility in the Royal Priors and in town.
