Police search for skip lorry after Warwick crash

Police are appealing for help tracking down the driver of a lorry who failed to stop after a crash on Europa Way on Friday morning.

Warwickshire Police officers were called to the Harbury Road junction of the Warwick road at around 10.15am on April 15 after reports of a collision between two vehicles.

Officers arrived to find a red Mini Cooper had been forced off the road and into a field.

Nobody was hurt in the incident, but police are now appealing for help to track down the driver of a skip lorry which was involved in the incident but failed to stop.

A police spokesperson said: “This was a fail to stop on Europa Way. We are trying to identify a lorry that was involved.

“There was no injury but a Mini Cooper was written off, we want to identify the skip lorry and driver.”
