The proceeds are usually shared between the club and the Mayors charities, but Cllr Terry Morris directed that his share should also go to Myton this year.
Myton Hospices have had a difficult year with the Covid-19 pandemic affecting services they were able to provide at Myton.
Now getting back to normal they need £7.8 million each year to support their in-patient service, as well as support to out- patients on a day care basis, and in their own homes across Coventry and Warwickshire.
