Kenilworth residents and visitors urged to avoid ford

Residents and visitors in Kenilworth are being urged to avoid going through the ford.

Kenilworth and Warwick Rural Police posted on their Facebook page this morning saying that the ford was rising.

In their post they also urged people to take an alternative route and to avoid going through the water.

The post said: "Please be aware that the ford is rising, Please be sensible and don't risk it, take alternate route down Bridge Street or Castle Hill coming from Balsall Common."
