Christmas at Warwick Castle - here's what is happening

The festive season will be heading to Warwick Castle.
Christmas at the Castle is due to take place from November 21 to January 3 .
The Castle will be transforming into a winter wonderland with decked halls, yuletide stories and festive activities.

Hide AdVisitors will be able to explore the grand Great Hall and State Rooms, guided by the on-site team reciting stories of Christmases past, where they will also be able to see a 20ft Christmas tree.
On the castle grounds there will be winter stalls offering festive food and drink and an ice rink, which is returning after last year’s success.
'Stories with Santa' will also be returning this year.
New for this year will be a 'light trail' which winds its way around the grounds and gardens.
The castle will also be hosting 'Santa’s Sleepovers' this year in the castle’s lodges, where there will also be a 'Santa wake-up call' on selected dates and evening entertainment.

Hide AdOther activities available include the winter birds of prey show and a 'Horrible Histories scavenger hunt', which will feature an interactive Christmas history trail.
Christmas at the Castle tickets start from £16 per person.
The team at the Castle have said that safety considerations will taken throughout all attractions, such as social distancing and pre-booked time slots.
