They said: "We both have been affected by mental health and we both wanted to promote that no matter how small you’re problems may seem that you can speak out.
"We both play a lot of football and we also believe that it is not spoken about in football, and especially at the moment due to lockdown, with football being played, the amount of men struggling silently must be lots.
"We just want to show that if us two genuine lads can talk about it then anyone can."

Hide AdSpeaking about how they found the challenge Josh and James said: "We broke the 150 miles into manageable chunks and we ran longer runs when we felt okay and gave ourselves rests when we struggled.
"At times we struggled with little muscle injuries, especially during the middle part of the month but we felt a massive sense of relief and pride after we had completed it."
The pair have now raised £1,880 on their Justgiving page.
Josh and James added: "We just want to add how grateful we are for everyone’s support and generosity throughout the runs, we appreciate every single person who has shared/promoted/donated."
