Kenilworth opticians have done their bit for eye care across the world after helping charity fundraisers to collect to specs.

Staff at Specsavers took in unwanted pairs of glasses on behalf of the Kenilworth Lions.

They will be handed to charity, VAO which will use he glasses to help some of the world’s most vulnerable people.

Ambreena Bhatti, director of the shop in the Square, said: “The charity makes such a difference to people who don’t have access to the same standards of eyecare as we do, so we want to say a big thank you to all those who donated.” Donations are still being taken at the shop in the Square.
