Police used a preemptive stinger deployment and box tactic to stop the vehicle on Friars Street junction of Bowling Green Street.

The post by OPU Warwickshire said: "The driver stopped before the stinger device and gave up. Checks revealed the driver was not the Wanted Person we were looking for however the driver had no insurance to drive the vehicle.

"Driver reported for no Insurance and the vehicle seized."
