Fire crews were rushed out to Fishponds Road after a car caught alight, melting guttering on the house and leaving the vehicle with significant damage.
Warwickshire Fire Service was called out to help after he car caught fire on a driveway in Fishponds Road on Tuesday.
Crews and two engines from Leamington were rushed to the scene around 7.45am on March 10.
They found a care alight and used breathing apparatus and a hose reel to extinguish the flames.
The fire melted parts of the guttering on a porch of the house which was also check for safety.
Nobody was hurt in the incident and crews remained on scene for around half an hour.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
