Biker caught speeding at 109mph near Warwick
Police have arrested a motorcyclist who was caught speeding at 109 miles per hour along the A46 near Warwick on Tuesday afternoon.
The driver of the motorbike was stopped by members of the roadside team in Warwickshire Police for being way above the national speed limit of 70mph.
Officers said after being stopped, he carried out a drugs test, which proved positive.
The man, who has not been named by police, was arrested and is due to appear in court at a date to be fixed.
