Scouts are getting ready to set off and deliver Christmas greetings for the 30th year.

The 4th Kenilworth pack will deliver cards to houses in the town and Leek Wootton for 25 pence per card - all of which goes to fund camps, activities and to help less privileged Scouts in Nairobi Kenya.

Nick Schofield, group leader, said with three decades of good work, they hope the town will still support their efforts.

“We hope that the people will continue to support us and maybe we could break all records this year,” he said.

Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and their families will collect, sort and deliver cards from December 21.

The team will have a collection stall in Talisman Square on December 6, 13 and 20.

Weekday collection at Steve Crowe Butchers, Atkinson & Stilgoe, Seat GDT, Mike Vaughan Bikes and Head 1st.

The groups are pictured with leader, Andy Brown who judged a poster competition in the run up to the big week.

Winning Beavers were named as Ned, Jasper and Ben, with Scout winners Thomas, James and Charlie.
