"Having grown up in Kenilworth and learnt to dance at Daniels Dancing Academy from the age of three, I knew as a child that I wanted to be a dance teacher and run my own dance school," said Frankie.

"At the age of 16, while I was still at Kenilworth School, I started working towards my teaching qualifications with the IDTA and my love for teaching grew from there.

"Having opened Zest Dance a couple of years ago in Stratford-upon-Avon, I'm so pleased to be bringing our classes to my hometown and to hopefully inspire some more young dancers.

"We have tried to launch these classes twice already, once in November and once in January. Both times we have ended up in lockdown so we are counting this as the third time lucky to hopefully get our classes started now that restrictions allow."

Frankie said that she hopes the dance classes will offer more than just dancing.

"I'm a huge believer that going to dance class isn't just about learning new steps for children, but all of the other skills that go with it like, confidence, resilience, self-expression and improving general well being," she said.

"Above all, I like my classes to be lots of fun and a release for all students."

Frankie hopes to open for the week starting April 19.
