A Kenilworth based, family business has bucked the trend in their industry by reporting a 46 per cent increase in their business throughout the lockdown period.

Bear Cleaning Ltd, an exterior cleaning and wheelie bin cleaning company, were able to continue to service customers and increase their customer base due to the online booking and payment facility they offer.

Ted and Kate Hunter, a husband and wife team, invested in an online booking system from the outset of their business.

Kate said: “We recognised that the convenience of an online booking system would be beneficial for busy customers, but it became invaluable during the pandemic, when knocking doors to collect money was no longer possible.”
