The following have appeared before magistrates in Stratford:
Clare Francis Caroline Neale, 27, of Calder Walk, Leamington, was given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £25 costs for being drunk and disorderly, assaulting a police officer and criminal damage.
Clive Morris, 54, of Elm Row, Stockton, was fined £350 and ordered to pay £85 costs for driving without insurance.
Paul Michael Taylor, 28, of Ferndale Drive, Kenilworth, was fined £220 and ordered to pay £85 costs for failing to comply with the requirements of the sex offenders register.
Wayne Robert Ransford, 34, of Sir Toby Belch Drive, Warwick Gates, was given a 12-month supervision order for making threats and failing to comply with a community order.
Lee Harvey Wykes, 28, of Milton Avenue, Warwick, was fined £500 and ordered to pay £50 compensation and £95 costs for theft.
David Roy James Knight, 44, was given a four-month suspended prison sentence, ordered to attend an educational programme and to pay £50 costs for assault and failure to comply with a community order.
Ranjeev Singh Atwal, 33, of John Cullis Gardens, Leamington, was fined £25 and ordered to pay £9.59 back duty and £25 costs for keeping a vehicle without tax.
Rachel Anne Barnwell, 24, of Monks Way, Warwick, was fined £75 and ordered to pay £45 back duty and £50 costs for keeping a vehicle without tax.
Alexander Brown, 34, of Whitnash Road, Whitnash, was fined £175 and ordered to pay £9.59 back duty and £25 costs for keeping a vehicle without tax.
Joanna Lynne Coleman, 24, of Crown Way, Lillington, was fined £175 and ordered to pay £28.75 back duty and £55 costs for keeping a vehicle without tax.
Adrian Crowther, 42, of Heralds Court, Warwick, was fined £350 and ordered to pay £90 back duty and £50 costs for keeping a vehicle without tax.
John Michael Haselgrove, 63, of Smith Street, Warwick, was given a 12-month conditional discharge for keeping a vehicle without tax.
Harjit Sidhu, 37, of Aylesford Street, LEamington, was fined £120 and ordered to pay £28.75 back duty and £50 costs for keeping a vehicle without tax.
Nallathamby Thirukkumaran, 39, of Northcote Street, Leamington, was fined £175 and ordered to pay £15 back duty and £50 costs for keeping a vehicle without tax.
Gordon Young, 28, of Goodfellow Street, Leamington, was fined £350 and ordered to pay £90 back duty and £60 costs for paying for tax with a dishonoured cheque.
Julie Ann Pickstock, 19, of Charlotte Street, Leamington, was sent to a young offenders' institution for 14 days for failing to surrender to court.
Kate Louise Taylor, 34, of Woodmill Meadow, Kenilworth, was banned from driving for 32 months, given a 12-month supervision order and ordered to attend an educational programme and pay £75 costs.
Fiona Jayne Wall, 41, of Stanton Walk, Warwick, was given 100 hours of unpaid work, a 12-month supervision order and ordered to pay £125 compensation and £35 costs for two counts of assault and criminal damage.
Dean Michael Leahy, 33, of Radford Road, Leamington, was ordered to attend drug treatment for joy riding and failing to comply with a community order.
Benjamin Craig Doughty, 19, of Cliffe Way, Warwick, was banned from driving for a year, fined £85 and ordered to pay £85 costs for drink driving.
Betina Winifred Griffiths, 52, of Leam Terrace, Leamington, was fined £75 and ordered to pay £125 compensation and £15 costs for racially-aggravated harassment.
Sheridan Ilene Horn, 47, of Plymouth Place, Leamington, was banned from driving for 20 months, fined £555 and ordered to pay £85 costs for drink driving.
Dean Anthony Morris, 25, of Gainsborough Drive, Leamington, was banned from driving for 24 months, fined £400 and ordered to pay £85 fro drink driving.
David Robert John McKeown, 57, of Park Lane, Snitterfield, was banned from driving for 16 months, fined £250 and ordered to pay £85 costs for drink driving.
David Anthony O'Keefe, 36, of St Paul's Square, Leamington, was given 200 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay £350 compensation for two counts of theft from a car, failing to surrender to court and breaking a conditional discharge.
