Spring is here and so are the Easter holidays - and luckily, there is plenty for children and families to do in south Warwickshire over the next two weeks.

Next Saturday (April 19), as part of Warwick’s celebrations for its 1,100th anniversary and St George’s Day, there will be a procession through the town, starting from Market Square and led by St George on horseback, as well as a Medieval market, shield-making workshop, street entertainment and shows on stage with Touch FM.

At Warwick Castle, visitors can see the world’s largest bird of prey, the Andean Condor, take flight throughout the holidays, while at Kenilworth Castle, children can take part in the brand new Easter Adventure Quest during the holidays and a celebration of St George, with a dragon coming to life on April 26 and 27, as well as plenty of games and activities.
