New hospital car park is now open

WARWICK Hospital opened a new car park last week to help relieve pressure on its current parking facilities.

Car Park B, which is opposite the Aylesford Unit on the opposite side of Lakin Road to the main site, has just under 100 spaces for patients and visitors to use.

Charges remain the same: free for the first 15 minutes, £2.50 for 15 minutes to an hour, £3 for one to two hours, £4.50 for two to four hours, £7 for four to six hours, £9 for six to 24 hours and £15 for a weekly ticket.

All funds from car parking charges go towards the running costs of the car park, which includes maintenance, CCTV and paying for the security staff.
