CLS Fabrication, which was founded in Leamington in 1974, and is a manufacturer and supplier of cubicle and washroom systems, is moving to new premises on the Budbrooke Industrial Park, Warwick, where there will be room for future expansion.

Managing director Harold Godfrey said: “It’s been quite a significant investment for the business to ensure that the site meets our needs both in terms of manufacturing and also distribution.”

Midlands-based commercial property surveyors Reeves & Partners were given the job to find a suitable site.
