THE very first Foodie Fortnight has gone so well it is already set to be rolled out as a regular feature in the town’s calendar.
Chuffed organisers have celebrated the final weekend of the event which was all about promoting the town and place to eat and drink to draw in the crowds.
Over the past two weeks pubs, restaurants, cafes and the Castle have all been promoting special offers in hope of drawing in the crowds.
Zoe Court, Town Centre Development Manager, who was behind the event, said it had been a “fantastic success”.
“The enthusiasm from local business and buzz being created in Kenilworth has been terrific and we hope that the event will continue to grow year on year,” she said.
“We had so much fun and thank you to everyone for making it happen and so special.”
