Residents are warned to be wary of thieves after more car break-ins across Kenilworth.

Cars in Mountbatten Drive, Walkers Way, Latimer Close and Beuchamp Road were targeted in the week-long spate.

Sometime overnight on June 14, a sat nav was stolen from a car parked in Walkers Way. On the same night, three other cars in Latimer Close were broken into.

During the night of June 13 into June 14, offenders stole an iPod from a car parked in Beauchamp Road, and a car in Dudley Road was broke into, but nothing was taken.

Around 9pm on 15 June, a black and white suitcase full of clothes as well as a brown leather handbag were stolen from the boot of a car parked in a lay-by in Rouncil Lane.

And around 1am on June 11, items were stolen from inside a house in Mountbatten Avenue. Any information on the break-ins to police on 101.
