Early celebrations for St Patrick’s Day bridged the gap between young and old at St Patrick’s Irish Club in Leamington on Tuesday.

Children from St Joseph’s Primary School in Whitnash entertained a crowd of around 140 elderly people at the club’s weekly senior citizens’ lunch for the town’s Irish people, which this week saw the club fully decked out for the national patron saint’s day.
