The 13th Kenilworth Half Marathon has been hailed another success after hundreds of runners put in their all to cross the finish line last Sunday.
A total of 717 runner turned out for the annual town race, setting off from Castle Farm to be cheered on by spectators all the way to the finish line.
And organisers, Kenilworth Runners, have thanked all the volunteers for making sure the day ran smoothly.
Club chairman and race director Peter Bryan said: “Huge thanks to all of our willing and enthusiastic volunteers who help create such a great atmosphere around the event.
“Also to our sponsors who contribute effort and money towards giving the runners real value for their entry fee.”
A donation will be made to Myton Hospice from the proceeds, together with further donations to local good causes in the area thanks to help from sponsors and runners.
