Town mayor Felicity Bunker has showed her support for an Amnesty International pledge to send festive greetings to anyone suffering this Christmas.

The charity aims to send cards to anyone who is currently unjustly imprisoned, being threatened or tortured for trying to help others in their communities.

Over 150 festive cards were signed by shoppers in Talisman Square in the run up to Christmas.

Supporters included mayor, Felicity Bunker and MP, Jeremy Wright who both stopped off to do their bit in the annual campaign.

Cards from the people of Kenilworth have been sent to six countries including Mexico, Zimbabwe and Cambodia.
