Volunteers are gearing up to light the flames at the town’s biggest fundraiser of the year as build up for the bonfire extravaganza kicks off again.
Preparations have now started to deliver the Round Table’s popular and explosive Bonfire Night night which brings in tens of thousands for good causes each year.
The Table’s 26th Bonfire Gala will be held in the castle grounds on November 2 and all are encouraged to get out and support the show.
Ian Grigg, chair of the Round Table, said preparations are going well and that the charity volunteers cannot wait to get things going for another busy and explosive night.
Thanks to crowds across the town last year, the charity group brought in over 30,000 which was sued to help revamp the Abbey Fields play area, buy a much-needed mini bus for residents at the Helen Ley House and give a £2,000 donation to the Kenilworth youth centre.
Past donations have also been made to part funding artwork at Jubilee House, the rugby club, Guides and Scouts groups and to help support Kenilworth Gang Show.
And to continue the help for good causes, Kenilworth Ladies Circle will be out selling goods to bring in cash for Mencap and Asthsma Relief.
The eager women, who are out year on year to support the night, are already raring to go with hundreds of flashing batons, glow sticks and necklaces to sell to the crowds.
Tickets are now on sale at www.kenilworthroundtable.com priced £7.50 for adults and £3 concessions.
