Estate agents celebrates 40th anniversary with charity donation

A family-run estate agents in Leamington is celebrating its 40th year in the business by making a generous donation to a good cause.

Sandhu Estates was first set up by Mohan Sandhu on Gloucester Street in 1976 and is now located on Victoria Terrace.

The business has chosen to celebrate this grand milestone by donating £1,000 to The Myton Hospices - the company’s nominated charity, with donations being given to them for every sale and letting completed.

Managing partner Kam Sandhu said: “We are very proud and delighted to have served for so many years. Since starting out as a small firm back in 1976, we have grown from strength to strength.

Many of our clients have been with us from the start and we would like to thank them for their loyal support.

“We pride ourselves on these long term relationships which is a reflection of our reputable service.”
