England rugby star tests Kenilworth firm

The former England captain and World Cup winner visited Emmerson Press in Farmer Ward Road to put its new hi-tech press through its paces, the first of its kind to be installed in the UK.

The first job for the press was to produce some specially shot portraits of Martin posing with Emmerson staff members.

Martin said: “It was really good to meet the staff team and the level of investment is really impressive – even if was an image of my mug that was first off the new machine.”

Director John Emmerson said: “It was a bit nerve-racking to have such a formidable presence as Martin waiting to see how the kit performed but I’m glad to say it passed with flying colours.”
