Determined walkers have made it to the top of the UK’s highest peaks to honour the life of loved friend and husband, Baz.
Barry Johnston lost his fight with melanoma cancer at the age of 59. And to remember him, his wife Angie and friends climbed Ben Nevis,Snowden and Scafel Pike in just over 24 hours, raising around £8,000 for Melanoma Focus. Angie thanked everyone for taking part. “It was fantastic, it could never have happened without everyone’s help,” she said. “Baz would have been so proud of them all.”
