Fond farewell as long-standing Leamington choir director retires
Members of the Leamington-based Circle Singers have bid a fond farewell to their musical director of 20 years, Beresford King Smith (pictured right), who took his retirement earlier this month.
During his time with the choir - the oldest chamber choir in the town - Beresford, who is also a composer and conductor, has overseen three trips abroad and numerous charity concerts.
Peter Sheppard (pictured left) has taken over as director of the choir.
