High hopes on slopes in school’s ski debut

Pupils mastered the slopes to compete in their school’s first ever skiing competition.

A group of seen hopefuls from St Nicholas Primary School entered the Midlands School’s ski competition in Birmingham.

And despite being first time for them all, the day was described as “excellent” after the school competed with over 100 others for top place.

Teams included Andrew, Thomas and Ferdinand for the under 12s, and Robyn, Matthew, Joshua and Dagmar in the under 10s.
