A DEDICATED Leamington businessman has been named as Young Designer of the Year after making his name with the family business and wowing judges at a national awards ceremony.

Daniel Riley from Modern homes was presented with the prestigious title at the The UK Kitchen, Bathroom and Bedroom Specialists Association (KBSA) Designer of the Year Awards after impressing with his computer design skills.

Daniel originally joined the family business, which was set up in 1968 by his grandfather to help his mother Tina when she was short staffed. And has been there ever since progressing in every aspect of the business to makes sure he knows his stuff.

He has excelled in the use of CAD packages for design and is now branching out with his own designs for clients.
