Great Expectations for consultancy

Expectations! Recruitment Services is opening a new consultancy in Leamington, creating three jobs for local people. The recruitment company, which has two other national offices, was started in 2003 by directors Victoria Maddock and Jo Long. Victoria started her career in Leamington, before moving to Gloucestershire to launch Expectations! with her business partner Jo Long; she is pleased to be returning to her roots with the latest addition to the Expectations! group.

She said: “Demand for our services from our national clients who have offices in and around Coventry and Warwickshire is one of the reasons for our move into Leamington. I couldn’t be more delighted because not only does it mark the growth of our brand, but personally, it will also bring me back to where I started my career. We are all incredibly excited about this move, particularly given the diversity and scope of industry in Warwickshire and the active business community.

Leamington is a fantastic place to work in!”The Leamington office will be headed up by local recruitment expert Dawn Walker. Dawn is an award-winning recruitment manager who has 15 years’ experience in the industry; she was born and bred in Warwickshire and also started her recruitment career in Leamington Spa.

She said: “I am delighted to be back in Leamington and to have the opportunity to promote the high standards and quality service that Expectations! delivers to local employers and candidates.

“At Expectations! it’s all about customer service and getting it right; we work hard to save each company time and money by finding the best possible candidate. These attributes are things I really relate to and I’m excited to be part of the Expectations! family.”

Specialising in commercial recruitment and executive appointments, Dawn understands how businesses tick and also knows how to adapt quickly to the constantly changing local employment market.

Expectations! Recruitment Services will be operating from Athena Court, Tachbrook Park.
