Chesford Grange Hotel, near Kenilworth, has been awarded the prestigious VenueVerdict Gold Standard accreditation for consistently high conference service standards over the last year.

The hotel, part of the Q Hotels group, was one of only 31 venues across the whole of the UK which received the Gold Standard accreditation. Out of the 31 venues, only 12 were hotels, of which an astounding six were from the QHotels portfolio.

Based on research conducted by BDRC Continental, the UK’s largest independent market research agency, the national VenueVerdict awards analyse feedback from over 22,000 event hosts across just under 360 venues, looking at how likely event hosts are to recommend the venue.

Andrew Fox, general manager at Chesford Grange, said: “We are immensely proud to have received this accreditation for the first time.

“What’s great about VenueVerdict is that it’s awarded based on feedback from event hosts, which highlights that we’re delivering on quality throughout the event, from the food served to the hi-tech facilities available.

“Guest experience is at the heart of everything we do and the team here are passionate and committed to providing a professional, friendly, helpful and flexible service, tailored to each individual customer’s needs.”

In addition to Chesford Grange’s win, QHotels is celebrating after scooping the two biggest group awards from Venue Verdict: the Group Gold Standard Award and the No 1 Large Group Award.
