Pupils at St Augustine's Catholic School in Kenilworth had an extra special reason for continuing with the challenge of Walk to School week on Friday.
They were greeted with a free breakfast to celebrate the end of the week.

All children who walked on Friday were offered cereal and chocolate brioche to round off a week which saw more than half of the children in the school making the effort to walk or cycle all or part of their way to school.

Headteacher, Angela Scull said: "We were able to provide breakfast as we were awarded a £50 prize in the School Travel Plan awards.

"In discussion with the children, it was felt that it would be useful to use this money to say well done to all those parents and children who do walk to school.

"Thanks must go to staff members who willingly served 127 children."
